Inspection stalls

Structures for examining horses in extreme safety, single or double model.
The Mercordi Systems examination stalls allow 2 sides to open at the same time by a quick release safety catch.
The quick release safety catch allows in any critical situation, for example if the horse falls, to release 2 walls at the same time allowing the horse to get up without any difficulty, as he has no obstacles.
Both ends, front and back have protective flaps which fold down.
Galvanised or enamelled metal structures. Sides with metal rails or 35mm wooden panelling ( larch or iroko ). There is the possibility to have a made to measure solution.

Single Model

• Composed of 3 columns diameter Ø10,2cm, height 2,50m
• A fixed side wall ( right or left ), a front wall which can be opened at the same time as the side wall.
• Standard length 1,92m, internal width 80cm. Empty space from floor 65cm, side height from floor 1,37m.

Double Model

• Composed of 4 columns diameter Ø10,2cm, height 2,50m
• A fixed central wall, the side walls can be released at the same time as the back wall.
• Standard length 1,92m, internal width 80+80cm. Empty space from floor 65cm, side height from floor 1,37m.

Mobile Model

• Ideal for those who don't have an examination room.
• Composed of a base in galvanised metal and larch panels, with reinforcing tubes for fork lift trucks, 3 columns diameter Ø10,2cm, height 2,50m a fixed side wall ( right or left ), the front wall opens, one at the same time as the side wall.
• Standard length 1,92m, internal width 80cm.
• Empty space from floor 65cm, side height from floor 1,37m. It's possible to have wooden panels down to the floor.
